The staff and doctors provided good service overall. The receptionist was very welcoming and always smiling, the dental assistant was responsible, and the dentist was very kind and easy to talk to. I had an extraction under sedation- the procedure was so quick that i didn't feel a thing after the injection and woke up on the other chair already finished. My only minor issue was that they seemed rushed to have me leave immediately while i was still quite groggy, and since i was alone, i wish they had allowed me to rest for about 15more minutes. Still, overall good service and a smooth procedure

My daughter was turned away twice in the same week by this office, causing us to lose two separate days and delaying necessary oral surgery care. The first appointment was canceled after we arrived because my brother had brought my daughter and was told that a notarized proxy form was required. Despite the office having us complete medical history paperwork and submit her Medicaid information, they refused to proceed and rescheduled the appointment. The appointment was then rescheduled for the very next day. When we arrived for that appointment, staff member Joelly Ramos informed us that my daughter could not be seen because she needed a referral from her dentist. We have HealthFirst coverage, and I knew that was not required for this visit. I immediately contacted the dental customer service department, and the representative confirmed that no referral was required. Even after this was clarified, the office still refused to see my daughter and insisted on rescheduling her again. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told to call customer service. Customer service then informed me that they do not handle office management issues and were confused as to why I had been di

Honestly, the service, everyone was genuinely kind and sweet! But be mindful, there’s a good decent time waiting when it’s your turn (12:30pm, and I was called in for x ray and surgery after 1 hour or so) and the wisdom extraction I had, it was done amazing, I feel fine! The surgeon and nurses are extremely kind and helpful!
